WAVEFORM
This project was done for Lockheed Martin's Aerospace Center at the Univ. of Denver. Mimicking energy waves passing through air, WAVEFORM is a complex integration of LEDs, electronic sensors, wood, metal, and plastics that simulate ripples of energy colliding as supersonic speeds are reached. As head of fabrication design at FCL, I did the 3D fabrication models, designed and built prototypes to test every aspect of the project and with my team, built these 12 custom welded and CNC milled panels. I co-project managed the work and oversaw its successful transport and installation to our client in Denver.
